Dr. Robert Arrington, chief of neonatology at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, received the Ruth Olive Beall Award, which is given to a doctor who consistently displays the ACH service and behavioral standards. Dr. Charles James, chief of pediatric radiology, received the Drs. Joanna J. & Robert W. Seibert Award for outstanding teamwork. Dr. Pat Casey, co-medical director of ACH's Medical Home Clinic for Special Needs Children, received the Betty A. Lowe Award for making a significant contribution to the health and well-being of the children of Arkansas. Dr. Warren A. Skaug and the staff of the Children's Clinic of Jonesboro received from Arkansas Children's Hospital the Dr. Tom Ed Townsend Award for excellence in health care. Dr. Linda L.M. Worely, professor of psychiatry and obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine at Little Rock received the 2008 Outstanding Women Faculty Award.
